We will line up an appointment with you to come to your property at an agreed upon standard rate depending on what type of system you have and whether you are requiring a service, diagnostic or quote to replace and existing system/install a new one. All replacement or install quotes are complimentary. We will arrive at the agreed appointment date and time to pull the system apart and carry out a thorough diagnostic or service with our specialty equipment. Once we has diagnosed what has caused the system to fail we will let you know if we can easily repair it whilst on site or if specialty parts are required to be ordered. On all repair jobs we will provide repair or replacement options so you have all the information to make the best decision for you and your circumstances. For complimentary install quotes you will receive the quote either on site or same day at the latest unless special order materials are required and we have to wait for suppliers to get back to us. We pride ourselves on speed to solution for you so there is as little downtime as possible.

This will vary depending on the type of system you have, access to the indoor and outdoor unit, how many units we are looking at on site etc. As a rough average, we allow an hour to service or diagnose a standard wall hung split system and around one and a half hours for a standard ducted service or diagnostic.

This is case by case dependent and if parts are local, coming interstate or international. For anything that is coming interstate or international it can be anywhere from 2-4 weeks on average.

Installs are typically quicker for us to get back to site to complete as we have the units in stock locally. We can typically be back to site replacing the unit within 48hrs depending on availability.

All of our new installs come with a five-year manufacture warranty. Manufacturers provide 12 months warranty on spare part replacements. We also offer a lifetime labour warranty on works carried out by us. If there are ever any issues, you are placed ahead as a priority booking so you can have peace of mind knowing we will reattend site as soon as we can. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and experience.

You can Clean the return air filters every 3–6 months yourself and we recommend calling us to book a service check annually. If you're AC is within its 5 years manufacture warranty it needs a service by a licensed technician every 12months to maintain your warranty. Regular upkeep also keeps efficiency high. We will show you exactly what you need to do to maintain the system after we have completed the service or repair if you would like us to show you.

Yes. Removal and disposal is included in fixed quotes unless we state otherwise (for example, asbestos or unusual access). No surprise dump fees.
